I had really nice stay, the place is charming small and modern!
I had freshly made food for breakfast with freshly home baked bread. I liked the room with cannal view. The location was great, only 5 minutes walk to a public museum.

It was a nice stay for our 1 night in Venice. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and exceptionally nice, and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge. Besides, the location was marvellous for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of an enclosed bridge.
Well, Wi-Fi was weak.

Make sure you stay in the small room with venetian style and a sofa bed plus nice view. It has a combination of a friendly service and a quiet ambience. The staff is excellent and gentle, and the host too.

Everything was simply wonderful. All in all - had a great 2 night stay. The accommodation had a very central location to catch a boat to the airport. Stopped by Gelateria Paolin to get some coffee and treats, it's not too far from the venue, recommend.

A mini-bar, climate control, and a personal safe in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Decent view to the canal. Favourable, magnificent location in San Marco district right by very easy to get to St Marks Square.

The venue is charming small and romantic, its location is stunning, adjacent to Piazza San Marco and other amenities, Ponte dei Sospiri and many restauarants. Everyone is excellent and host too.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming family-run hotel. The unique rooms were clean and bright, with comfortable beds. The view of the quiet canal from my window was a lovely bonus. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from major attractions and the airport shuttle stop. The breakfast provided a great start to the day. I highly recommend this hotel.
